Jay S. Martin

Founder

Jay Martin founded J & J Plumbing and Heating in 1968. In 1972, Jay formed and established a second company known then as J & J Trane, Inc. This second company became J & J Heating and Cooling.

Jay is married to Janice Shue Rohrer Martin, his wife of 53 years. They have 3 children - Lisa , Jay and Bryan. Jay is a member of East Fairview Church of the Brethren.

Jay Douglas Martin

President

Doug currently serves as President of J & J Heating & Cooling Systems.

Doug is a graduate of Manheim Central High School. He is married and has four sons, Oliver, Marshall, Elliot and Preston. He also attends Midway Church of Brethren.

Bryan S. Martin

Bryan Martin

Vice President

Bryan is Vice President of J & J Heating & Cooling Systems.

Bryan is a graduate of Manheim Central High school and is currently a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers and Associated Builders and Contractors.

Lee B. Martin

Lee B. Martin

Supervisor of HVAC Field Operations

Lee has over 40 years experience in the HVAC field. Currently he serves as Supervisor of HVAC Field Operations, managing field personnel and supervising HVAC projects for residential, commercial and industrial customers including churches, office buildings, restaurants and health care facilities.

Lee also worked as a HVAC job foreman for 15 years before moving into his current role.

Lee is a graduate of Manheim Central High School and Willow Street Vo-Tech and also completed an ABC apprenticeship program.

Steven E. Roschel

Steven E. Roschel

HVAC Service Manager

Steven has over 35 years experience in HVAC. His current responsibilities include managing the HVAC Service Dept., scheduling work and selling small HVAC projects and service contracts.

Prior to becoming the HVAC Service Manager, Steven served as a Dispatch Field Supervisor for 5 years and an HVAC Service Mechanic for 10 years.

Steven's project experience includes installation and service of residential, light commercial and commercial industrial HVAC systems including chillers, split and self-contained HVAC systems, oil and gas fired boiler systems. He also has experience with a variety of electronic and pneumatic control systems.

Steven is a graduate of J.P. McCaskey High School.

Donald D. Book II

Donald D. Book II

Plumbing Service Manager

Donald has over 22 years experience in the plumbing field including 17 years as a licensed Journeyman Plumber. He currently manages the Plumbing Department, scheduling work and estimating residential and small commercial projects.

Donald has experience in a wide range of projects including residential and commercial plumbing, water treatment, back flow preventer installation, testing and repair, well pumps, sewage pumps, line cameras and boiler repair.

Donald is a graduate of Lampeter Strasburg High School.

Glenn A. Williams

Glenn A. Williams

Glenn has over 42 years experience in the HVAC industry, with 13 years as a partner and 29 years as an estimator / project manager. Glenn's experience includes San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant, Balboa Naval Hospital, San Diego, CA, Columbia Towers (18 story high rise), San Diego, CA, LGH Orthopedic Suite, Listerine 2000, Warner / Lambert, multi-million dollar schools and public works projects, MBE/WBE and DGS work projects.

Glenn also has 4 years of air conditioning and refrigeration training and experience from time served in the U.S. Navy.

Glenn is a graduate of Coatesville High School. His is father to 3 sons and 1 daughter and also has 5 grandchildren. Glenn is a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Mt. Joy, PA.
